We had a fantastic experience dealing with Malik Diggs as we purchased a new TV, sound bar, and mount. There were a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of as we used the Geek Squad for installation. Malik as the Supervisor of Retail Operations stepped in and flawlessly took care of the issues. Malik is a true gentleman with great communication skills and is very dedicated to customer satisfaction. We cannot speak highly enough of Malik… 5 stars all the way!

I was having problems regarding about my PC’s Ethernet connection and was given helpful advice and expert opinions! The folks at Geek Squad were very kind and assisted me with an accurate quote for repairs, and as I was looking for a USB to Ethernet adapter, a staff member named Gabriel discussed all the possible options and alternatives I could look for to fit my criteria. He also informed me about the best pricing options I could find for my future PC needs. Overall, wonderful customer service, I highly recommend visiting for solving tech problems!

I stopped by Best Buy Crossroads to have my phone screen protector replaced and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. As Lo was assisting me I asked if she could help me with a question about my Samsung phone. I was having trouble with different apps opening in different default programs, even though my preferred default was selected. She was patient, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to help me make a few adjustments. When Zy, the Samsung specialist, walked by, they discussed it together to see if there was an even simpler solution. What impressed me most wasn't just that they were knowledgeable, it was that they genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution. They worked together, never made me feel rushed, and treated my questions with kindness and professionalism. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, these two made my visit exceptional. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Billy is a lifesaver!! I had a larger purchase to deal with and tried to put it on a new Best Buy gift card to get a deal but it was a huge snafu with CitiBank - nothing on the store or staff at all! Billy handled it like a pro and made sure I was able to get a great deal and take care of all the messiness to get it sorted out!! A fantastic store with exceptionally helpful staff who have a great sense of humor in dealing with such annoying issues!! Billy deserves a raise for real!!!

Great experience overalI I recently visited best buy and had a very enjoyable experience overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted customers with a friendly attitude and worked efficiently to keep orders moving. It was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience more comfortable. One thing I appreciated was how the employees handled customer interactions professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Good customer service can make a big difference, and it added to the overall experience. Although waiting times may vary depending on how busy the location is, the quality of the service made the visit enjoyable. I would gladly return again and would recommend it.
